COMMISSION CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Action Minutes of Mav 27, 2010 and June 24, 2010
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of May 27, 2010; - Approved staff recommendation —
(4-0-1) — Commissioner Ramos made the motion; it was seconded by
Commissioner Arbogast; and voice vote reflected approval with the exception
of Commissioner Hannum who abstained.
1.2 Approve the Action Minutes of June 24, 2010. - Approved staff recommendation —
(3-0-2) — Commissioner Hagel made the motion; it was seconded by
Commissioner Hannum; and voice vote reflected approval with the exception
of Commissioners Arbogast and Ramos who abstained.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Emerqencv Operation Plan- Approved staff recommendation —(5-0-0) — Commissioner
Arbogast made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Hagel; and voice vote
reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Recommend adoption of the Amended Emergency Operations Plan by the City

At 6:53 P.M., Commissioner Arbogast moved, seconded by Commissioner Hagel, to
adjourn the Public Traffic Safety Commission meeting to Thursday, September 23, 2010,
at 6:00 PM.
