A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA AUTHORIZING DESIGNATED CITY
EMPLOYEES TO TAKE ACTIONS NECESSARY FOR
OBTAINING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENT OF
HOMELAND SECURITY .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Temecula does hereby authorize the
following named City employees to execute for and on behalf of the City of Temecula, a
public municipal corporation duly established under the laws of the State of California,
any actions necessary for the purpose of obtaining federal financial assistance provided
by the federal Department of Homeland Security and sub-granted through the State of
California:
City Manager; or,
Deputy City Manager; or
Director of Finance; or
Director of Public Works
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution in the
manner required by law.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 26th day of October, 2010.
