PUBLIC COMMENTS:
COMMISSION CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Action Minutes of September 23, 2010 — Approved staff recommendation —(3-0-2) —
Commissioner Ramos made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Arbogast;
and voice vote reflected approval with the exception of Chairman Youmans and
Commissioner Hannum who were absent.
� RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of September 23, 2010

2. Commission Meetinq Schedule — November and December 2010 - Approved staff
recommendation —(3-0-2) — Commissioner Ramos made the motion; it was seconded
by Commissioner Arbogast; and voice vote reflected approval with the exception of
Chairman Youmans and Commissioner Hannum who were absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Direct the Senior Office Specialist to cancel and reschedule the regular meetings for
November and December 2010 and perform the appropriate postings and noticing
requirements per the Government Code.

At 6:36 P.M., Commissioner Arbogast moved, seconded by Commissioner Ramos, to
adjourn the Public Traffic Safety Commission meeting to Thursday, December 9, 2010, at
6:00 PM.
