COMMISSION CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Action Minutes of October 28, 2010 - Approved staff recommendation —(5-0-0) —
Commissioner Hagel made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Ramos;
and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION: -
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of October 28, 2010.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Request for Multi-Way Stop Siqns — Sunny Meadows Drive at Corbie Street - Approved
staff recommendation —(5-0-0) — Commissioner Arbogast made the motion; it was
seconded by Commissioner Hagel; and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission:
1. Recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution establishing Multi-Way Stop
signs at the intersection of Sunny Meadows Drive and Corbie Street; and
2. Direct Staff to relocate the school zone flashing beacon 200 feet north of the
� present location and make appropriate changes to the school zone signing.
Jim Keen, President of the Paseo Del Sol Homeowners Association, expressed support of the
proposed recommendation.

recommendation —(5-0-0) — Commissioner Ramos made the motion; it was seconded
by Commissioner Duke; and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
3.1 Adopt a resolution entitled:
RESOLUTION 10-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE PUBLICITRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TEMECULA, DESIGNATING A NEW LOCATION FOR PUBLIC/TRAFFIC
SAFETY COMMISSION MEETINGS
4. Election of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson —(5-0-0) Chairman Youmans moved to
appoint Commissioner Hagel as Chairperson; it was seconded by Commissioner
Arbogast; and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.
Commissioner Arbogast moved to appoint Commissioner Youmans as Vice
Chairperson; it was seconded by Commissioner Ramos; and voice vote reflected
unanimous approval (5-0-0).
RECOMMENDATION:
4.1 Entertain nominations to elect a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson to preside
through the 2011 calendar year.

At 6:50 P.M., Chairperson Hagel moved, seconded by Commissioner Arbogast, to adjourn
