1. Action Minutes of Januarv 27, 2011 - Approved staff recommendation —(5-0-0) —
Commissioner Arbogast made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner
Youmans; and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of January 27, 2011.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Traffic Impact Study Guidelines - Approved staff recommendation —(5-0-0) —
Commissioner Ramos made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Arbogast;
and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Recommend that the Planning Commission and City Council adopt the Traffic
Impact Study Guidelines.
3. Traffic Control Policv for Utilitv Companies - Approved staff recommendation —(5-0-0)
— Commissioner Youmans made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner
Arbogast; and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
3.1 Recommend that the City Council adopt the Traffic Control Policy for Utility
Companies.

At 6:59 P.M., Commissioner Youmans moved, seconded by Commissioner Duke, to
adjourn the Public Traffic Safety Commission meeting to Thursday, March 24, 2011, at
