My understanding of the wishes of the City Council are as follows: a) each and every City Council meet- ing shall be videotaped, with one videocassette copy being stored for posterity, and one copy delivered to Inland Valley Cable TV for broadcast. b) each and every City Council meeting shall be recorded on audio tape for the purpose of public review, archive, written transcription, etc. c) each and every Planning Commission meeting shall be recorded on audio tape for the purpose of public review, archive, written transcription, etc. The schedule decided upon at a Council workshop was to have the City Council meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 7 PM, and having the Planning Commission meet every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. If there are any changes to this schedule, please let me know at your earli- est convenience.
