A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA AUTHORIZING DAVID JONES, DBA BIG BIN, TO
HAUL CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 6.10.625(e) of the Municipal Code, David Jones, dba
Big Bin, P.O. Box 988, Temecula, California 92390, is authorized to haul construction debris
within the City of Temecula through June 30, 1993.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1991.
