A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ESTABLISHING ALL-WAY STOP
CONTROLS AT THE INTERSECTION OF OLD TOWN
FRONT STREET AT THIRD STREET AND MERCEDES
STREET AT SIXTH STREET .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council has considered the facts justifying the need for
stop signs proposed for the locations described in this Resolution.
A. The City Council hereby finds and determines that installation of stop
signs pursuant to this Resolution will enhance the public health, safety, and
general welfare at this location, and
B. The City Council hereby finds the proposed stop signs will not create any
adverse conditions in this area.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 10.12.100 of the Temecula Municipal Code,
the following All-Way Stop intersections are hereby established in the City of Temecula.
Old Town Front Street at Third Street
Mercedes Street at Sixth Street
A. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 23rd day of August, 2011.
