A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA AGREEING TO REIMBURSE THE
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE FOR ALL COSTS OF
TRANSFERRING COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN 1-1988 TO THE CITY
The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33215, the City of Temecula
agrees to reimburse the County of Riverside for all costs incurred by the County in conducting the
transfer of Riverside Redevelopment Plan 1-1988 to the City.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 1991.
