A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION
FOR STREET AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES, BUT NOT
ACCEPTING INTO THE CITY-MAINTAINED STREET
SYSTEM, LIEFER ROAD.
The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order as follows:
WHEREAS, Liefer Road as depicted in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, has been offered for
dedication to the City;

WHEREAS, the legal description for Liefer Road is set forth in Exhibit "B", attached
WItEREAS, Liefer Road has not been accepted as a public street and the City desires that
the offers of dedication be accepted;
WHEREAS, Liefer Road has not been constructed to City standard at this time;
NOW, TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Temecula
as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Temecula accepts the offers of dedication of Liefer Road.
Section 2. That pursuant to Streets and Highways Code §1807, City of Temecula does
not accept Liefer Road into the City-maintained street system at this time.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution.

at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of December, 1992.
