A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ESTABLISHING "NO PARKING" ZONES IN
DESIGNATED AREAS OF THE INITIAL BIKE LANE
PROJECT
The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order
as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 12.08.223 of the Municipal Code the following
"no parking" zones are hereby established in the City of Temecula:
A. No parking on the east side of Moraga Road from a point 35 feet
north of the north curb line of Rancho California Road northerly to a point 35 feet south of the
south curb line of Margarita Road.
B. No parking on the west side of Moraga Road from a point 585 feet
south of the south curb line of Margarita Road to a point 160 feet south.
C. No parking on both sides of Yukon Street from a point 35 feet north
of the north curb line of Rancho California Road northeasterly to a point 35 feet west of the west
curb line of Margarita Road.
D. No parking on the north side of Margarita Road from a point 35 feet
east of the east curb line of Moraga Road easterly to a point 630 feet east of the east curb line of
Avenida Sonoma.
F. No parking on the south side of Margarita Road from a point 405
feet east of the east curb line of Moraga Road easterly to a point at the east curb line of Avenida
Sonoma.
G. No parking on the west side of Margarita Road from a point 35 feet
north of the north curb line Yukon Street northerly to a point 875 feet north.
H. No parking on east side of Margarita Road from a point 35 feet north
of the south curb line of Yukon Street northerly to a point 35 feet south of the south curb line of
La Serena Way.
I. No parking on the south side of Rancho Vista Road from a point 35
feet east of the east curb line of Ynez Road easterly to a point 415 feet east of the east curb line
of Loma Portola Drive.

J. No parking on the north side of Rancho Vista Road from a point 35
feet east of the east curb line of Ynez Road to a point 1075 feet east.
L. No parking on the south side of Rancho Vista Road from a point 470
feet west of the west curb line of Mira Loma Drive (Fast) easterly to a point 300 feet east of the
east curb line of Southern Cross Road.
M. No parking on the north side of Rancho Vista Road from a point 595
feet west of the west curb line of Mira Loma Drive (Fats0 easterly to a point 300 feet east of the
east curb line of Southern Cross Road.
N. No parking on the west side of Ynez Road at a point on the north
curb line of Rancho Vista Road southeasterly to a point 35 feet west of the west curb line of East
Vallejo Avenue.
O. No parking on the east side of Ynez Road from a point 135 feet
north of the north curb line of Pauba Road southerly to a point 35 feet north of the north curb line
of Calle Halcon.
P. No parking on the east side of Ynez Road from a point 465 feet
north of the north curb line of Santiago Road southeasterly to a point at the west curb line of East
Vallejo Road.
Q. No parking on the east side of Ynez Road from a point 410 feet
south of the south curb line of Rancho Vista Road to a point 175 south.
R. No parking on the south side of De Portola Road from a point 35
feet east of the east curb line of East Vallejo Avenue westerly to a point 1090 feet west of the west
curb line of Verde Drive.
S. No parking on the south side of De Portola Road from a point 35
feet west of the west curb line of Margarita Road to a point 310 feet west.
T. No parking on the north side of De Portola Road from a point 35
feet east of the east curb line of East Vallejo Avenue easterly to a point 35 feet west of the west
curb line of Margarita Road.
U. No parking on east side of Margarita Road from a point 35 feet north
of the north curb line of De Portola Road to a point 400 feet north.
V. No parking on east side of Margarita Road from a point 35 feet north
of the north curb line of Pio Pico Road northerly to a point 35 feet south of south curb line of
Pauba Road.

W. No parking on the west side of Margarita Road from a point 35 feet
north of the north curb line of De Portola Road northerly to a point 35 feet south of the south curb
line of Pauba Road.
X. No parking on the north side of Rancho California Road from a point
35 feet east of the east curb line of Moraga Road easterly to a point 35 feet west of the west curb
line of Margarita Road.
Y. No parking on the south side of Rancho California Road from a point
at the west curb line of Moraga Road easterly to a point 35 feet at the west curb line of Margarita
Road.
Z. No parking on the west side of Margarita Road from a point 250 feet
north of the north curb line of Rancho Vista Road to a point 185 feet north.
A1. No parking on the south side of Rancho Vista Road from a point 35
feet west of the west curb line of Margarita Road to a point 655 feet west.
A2. No parking on south side of Santiago Road from a point 45 feet east
of the east curb line of Front Street easterly to the point at east curb line of "C" Street.
A3. No parking on the north side of Santiago Road from a point 35 the
east curb line of Front Street easterly to a point at the east side of the 1-15 Freeway Bridge
decking.
Section 2.
Resolution.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 8th of September, 1992.
