A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ESTABLISHING "NO PARKING" ZONES IN THE
AREA ADJACENT TO JEFFERSON AVENUE BETWEEN
~VINCHESTER ROAD AND NORTHERLY CITY LIMITS
The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 12.08.223 of the Municipal Code, the following "No
Parking" zones are hereby established in the City of Temecula:
A. No parking on the west side of Jefferson Avenue from a point 35 ft. north of
the north curb line of Winchester Road to 420 ft. north.
B. No parking on the west side of Jefferson Avenue from point 833 ft. north of
the north curb line of Winchester Road to 128 ft. north.
C. No parking on the east side of Jefferson Avenue from a point 35 ft. north of
the north curb line of Winchester Road to 470 ft. north.
D. No parking on the east side of Jefferson Avenue from a point 816 ft. north of
the north curb line of Winchester Road to 128 ft. north.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 8th of September, 1992.
