A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREETS INTO THE CITY-MAINTAINED SYSTEM
(WITHIN TRACT NO. 24188)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 24188 was recorded by the County Recorder at
December 28, 2005 in which offers of dedication for street and public utility purposes
were accepted by the City of Temecula from Cal-Paseo Del Sol, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public
improvements and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed; and,
WHEREAS, Only the Warranty Bond and Labor and Material Bond pertaining to
this tract have not been released; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System the streets and
associated drainage improvements offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula
described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 14th day of August, 2012. _
