A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS INTO
THE CITY-MAINTAINED SYSTEM (WITHIN TRACT MAP NOS.
30264-2, -12, AND -13)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Tract Map Nos. 30264-2, -12, and -13 were recorded by the County
Recorder July 13, September 6, and July 13, 2005 respectively, in which offers of dedication for
street and public utility purposes were accepted by the City of Temecula from Wolf Creek
Development, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public improvements
and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed; and,
WHEREAS, Only the Warranty Bond and Labor and Material Bond pertaining to these
tracts have not been released; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Temecula
hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System the streets and associated drainage
improvements offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and
"B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the Cit Council of the ity of Temecula this
28th day of August, 2012.
