A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA APPROVING THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT
ENTITLED "FIRST AMENDMENT TO DEDICATION OF
ABUTrERS RIGHTS TO CITY OF TEMECULA FOR PARCEL MAP
NO. '19582-2"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Temecula does hereby approve that certain
Agreement entitled "FIRST AMENDMENT TO DEDICATION OF ABUTrERS RIGHTS TO CITY
OF TEMECULA FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 19582-2" and authorizes the Mayor to execute said
agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into, execute or otherwise approve
any further agreements, certificates, escrow instructions, or other documents necessary or
convenient to implement the Agreement approved by this Resolution.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temecula on the 14th day
of December, 1999.
