A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCE~rhNG CERTAIN PUBLIC STI~F. ETS
INTO THE CITY MAINTAINED-STREET SYSTEM
(WITHIN TRACTS NO. 22761 AND 22762)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMEC~ DOES RESOLVE, DBTER_MINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Temecula accepted an offer of dedication
of certain lots for street and public utility purposes made by Weyerhaeuser Venture Company,
a Nevada Corporation, with the recordation of Tract Maps No. 22716 and 22762; and,
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula accepted the improvements within Tracts No 22761
and 22762 on October 7, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE!~, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City Mainlained-Street System those streets or portions of streets
offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto.
PASSEr}, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of October, 1997.
