A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMF_~2ULA ACCEFYING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS
IN THE CITY MAINTAINE~S~ET SYSTEM (WITHIN
TRACTS NO. 23267-2 AND 23267-3)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TF. MF. CULA DOES RESOL~, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Temecula accepted an offer of dedication
of certain lots for street and public utility purposes made by the Presley Companies, a California
Corporation, with the recordation of Tract Maps No. 23267-2 and 23267-3; and,
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula accepted the improvements within Tracts No 23267-2
and 23267-3 on October 28, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City Maintained-Street System those streets or portions of streets
offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOFFED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of October, 1997.
