A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA RATIFYING AGREEMENT FOR
TRANSFER OF GOVERNANCE OF COMMUNITY
FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 88-12 (YNEZ CORRIDOR)
FROM THE COUNTY TO THE CITY
WHEREAS, on July 22, 1997 this City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-84 (the "Prior
Resolution"), requesting the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside (the "County") to
transfer the governance of Community Facilities District No. 88-12 (Ynez Corridor) (the
"District") to the City of Temecula (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the ~or Resolution approved a form of Agreement for Transfer for the
District (the "Agreement") and authorized its execution by the Mayor and attestation by the City
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, since the adoption of the Prior Resolution, the agreement has been modified,
and has been executed by the City and the County and this City Council now desires to ratify the
Agreement in the form so executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
that the Agreement, in the form executed by the City and the County and on file with the City
Clerk is hereby ratified, and the City Council hereby approves the performance by the City and
the District of the Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula,
this 28th day of October, 1997.
