A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREETS INTO THE CITY-MAINTAINED SYSTEM
(WITHIN TRACT MAP NO. 24188-2)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Tract Map No. 24188-2 was recorded by the County Recorder at
December 13, 2005, in which offers of dedication for street and public utility purposes
were accepted by the City of Temecula from Cal-Paseo Del Sol, LLC.
Section 2. City of Temecula Public Works staff reviewed and inspected the
public improvements and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed.
Section 3. Only the Warranty Bond and Labor and Materials Bond pertaining to
this tract have not been released. �
Section 4. The City Council of the City of Temecula hereby accepts into the City-
Maintained Street System the streets and associated public drainage improvements
offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B"
attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 12th day of March, 2013.
