1.1 RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the minutes of the April 8, 2013 Commission meeting.
Approved staff recommendation (5-0) — Motion by Commissioner McCracken,
seconded by Commissioner Meyler.
2. TCSD PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013-14
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Receive and file report regarding the proposed TCSD Rates and
Charges for Fiscal Year 2013-14.
