A RESOLSON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEFI]NG CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS
INTO THE CITY MAINTAINI~!~-STREET SYSTEM
(WITHIN PARCEL MAP NO. 27957-1)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE crrY OF TEMECUI~ DOES RF.~OLVE, D~ AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Temecula accepted an offer of dedication
of certain lots for street and public utility purposes made by Vail Ranch Limited Parmership, a
California Limited Parmership, with the recordation of Parcel Map No. 27987-1; and,
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula accepted the improvements within Parcel Map No.
27987-1 on December 16,' 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~' that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City Maintained-Street System those streets or portions of streets
offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPT!~, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of December 1997.
