A RF.$OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS
INTO THE CITY MAINTAINED-STREET SYSTEM
(WITHIN TRACT NO. 24135-F)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TF. biF~ULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Temecula accepted an offer of dedication
of certain lots for street and public utility purposes made by KRDC, Inc., a California
Corporation, with the recordation of Tract Map No. 24135-F: and,
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula accepted the improvements within Tract No 24135-F
on December 9, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RF.$OLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City Maintained-Street System those streets or portions of streets
offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto.
PASSE!), APPROVE!) AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of December, 1997.
