CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Action Minutes of July 25, 2013: - Approved staff recommendation — (4-0-1).
Commissioner Cosentino made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Hagel
and voice vote reflected unanimous approval with the exception of Chairperson
Carter who was absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of July 25, 2013.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Status of Multi-Use Trail and Bikeways Master Plan Update — Sidewalk Gap
Analysis— Received and filed report.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Receive and file the report.
Paul Jacobs addressed the Commission on this item.

3. Multi-Use Trail and Bikeways Master Plan Steering Committee — Approved staff
recommendation — (4-0-1). Commissioner Youmans made the motion to have
Commissioners Hagel and Coram serve on the committee; it was seconded by
Commissioner Cosentino and voice vote reflected unanimous approval with the
exception of Chairperson Carter who was absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
3.1 Appoint two (2) representatives to serve on the Multi-Use Trail and Bikeways
Steering Committee.

At 7:35 P.M.Commissioner Hagel moved,seconded by Commissioner Cosentino,to adjourn
the Temecula Public/Traffic Safety Commission Meeting to Thursday, October 24, 2013, at
6:00 P.M. at Temecula Civic Center, City Council Chambers, 41000 Main Street, Temecula,
California.
