OF TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING

CONSTRUCTION ON FRONT STR~.~T BETW~.mq
MORENO ROAD AND 2ND STR~!~T, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY ENGINEER TO ISSUE PERM1T FOR THESE
SPECIFIC STREET CLOSURES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~ DOES RESOLVE, D~ AND
ORDER AS FOL~ OWS:

~, The City of Temeolla desirea to authorize the closure of public streets for
the Rancho California Wate~ District construction of the 'Front Street Transmission Main
Replscement Project No. D07T/", in Front Street between Moreno Road and 2rid Street, for
which such temporary street closures promote the safety and protection of persons using or
proposing to use those streets for construction and for other public traffic: and,
Street Trnnsmission Main Replacement Project No. D0777', in Front Street, between Moreno
Road and 2nd Street: and,
NOW, ~, the City Council desires to a~thorize the City Engineer to approve
temporary slreet closures for the Rancho California Water District consUuction of the 'Front
Street Tr-,tsmission Main l~eptacement Project No. DOT/7, in Front Street between Moreno Road
and 2rid Stn~ and to e~blish the general ~ that all other proposed temporary street closures
shall be ~.viewed and approved subject to conditions, or disapproved, by t~e City Council.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Temecula,
hereby authodzes the City N~,iv, vr to permit mulxraty street closures for the Rancho California
Water District construction of the 'Front Street Tr~nsmlssion Main Replacement Project No.
130777, in Front Street between Moreno Road and 2nd Street, and establishes the general rule
that all other temporary public street closures shall be approved or denied approval by the City
Council.
