CONSENT CALENDAR
Action Minutes of December 12, 2013 — Approved staff recommendation — (5 -0 -0).
Commissioner Hagel made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Carter;
and individual voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Carter, Coram, Hagel,
Richardson and Youmans.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of December 12, 2013.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Primrose Avenue Interim Student Loading Zone — Update — Approved staff
recommendation and directed staff to remove loading zone signs and continue
to review parking options at Great Oak High School (5 -0 -0). Commissioner
Carter made the motion; second made by Commissioner Hagel; and individual
voice vote reflected approval from Commissioners Carter, Coram, Hagel,
Richardson and Youmans.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Receive and file the report; and
2.2 Provide further direction to Staff.

ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:23pm with a motion made by Commissioner Coram and a second by
Commissioner Carter.
The next regular meeting of the City of Temecula Public/Traffic Safety Commission will be held on
Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. at Temecula Civic Center, City Council Chambers,
41000 Main Street, Temecula, California.
