' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREETS INTO THE CITY -MAINTAINED SYSTEM
(WITHIN TRACT MAP 23065-3)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Tract Map 23065-3 was originally approved by the Riverside
County Board of Supervisors and recorded by the County Recorder on May 21, 2004, in
which offers of dedication for street and public utility purposes were accepted by the
County of Riverside from Redhawk Communities, Inc.
Section 2. The Tract is located within the Redhawk area which was annexed
into the City of Temecula on June 30, 2005.
Section 3. City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public
improvements and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed.
Section 4. The Warranty Bond currently being held will be released at the end
' of the required one-year warranty period.
Section 5. The City Council of the City of Temecula hereby accepts into the
City -Maintained Street System all streets within Tract Map 23065-3 and associated City
drainage improvements offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in
Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 26th day of August, 2014.
