Gaskins, Temecula Police Department PUBLIC COMMENTS A total of fifteen minutes is provided so members of the public can address the Commission on items that are not listed on the Agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes each. If you desire to speak to the Commission about an item not listed on the Agenda, a yellow"Request to Speak" form should be filled out and filed with the Commission Secretary. When you are called to speak, please come forward and state your name and address. Via Puebla Neighborhood Traffic Calming — Workshop Results — Approved staff recommendation (5-0-0)with motion made by Commissioner Youmans and seconded by Commissioner Richardson with a change to Items 3.1 and 3.4 as indicated. Individual voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Carter, Coram, Hagel, Richardson and Youmans. i RECOMMENDATION: That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission: 3.1 Direct Staff to move forward with installation of multi-way stop signs at Via Puebla and Monte Verde Road and review the need for stop signs at Corte Mislanca and Via Puebla when county develops site; 3.2 Direct Staff to maintain the present level of traffic control at the intersection of Via Puebla at Redhawk Parkway and Anza Road at Corte Mislanca; 3.3 Defer consideration of a road closure on Via Puebla until a comprehensive traffic circulation analysis has been performed and potential impacts have been identified; 3.4 Direct Staff to implement the traffic signal and striping modifications at the intersection of Peppercorn Drive at Redhawk Parkway and Deer Hollow Way and consider feasibility of a through/right lane for northbound Peppercorn Drive; and 3.5 Direct staff to maintain the present level of traffic control on Camino Rubi.
