A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ESTABLISHING AN ALL -WAY STOP
CONTROLS AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF VIA PUEBLA
AT MONTE VERDE ROAD AND VIA PUEBLA AT CORTE
MISLANCA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council has considered the facts justifying the need for
stop signs proposed at the locations described in this resolution.
A. The City Council hereby finds and determines that installation of stop
signs pursuant to this resolution will enhance public health, safety, and general welfare
at the two (2) locations, and
B. The City Council hereby finds the proposed stop signs will not create any
adverse conditions in the area.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 10.12.100 of the Temecula Municipal Code,
' the following All -Way Stop intersections are hereby established in the City of Temecula.
Via Puebla at Monte Verde Road
Via Puebla at Corte Mislanca
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 14th day of October, 2014.
