Action Minutes of July 24,2014 —Approved staff recommendation (4 -0 -1) with motion
made by Commissioner Richardson and seconded by Commissioner Coram;
Commissioner Carter was absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of July 24, 2014.

The meeting adjourned at 7:05 PM with a motion from Commissioner Hagel and seconded by
