PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Barbara Schwankl — discussed improving the conditions at the Duck Pond for the large
population of Red Eared Slider turtles. Ms. Schwankl offered her assistance toward this project.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. MINUTES
1.1 RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the minutes of the August 11, 2014 Commission meeting.
Staff recommendation approved (4 -0). Motion by Commissioner McCracken,
seconded by Commissioner Schwank. Voice vote reflected approval by
Commissioners McCracken, Meyler, Schwank and Willis.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. COMMUNITY SERVICES COLLABORATION WITH THE TVUSD — Presentation
by Commissioner Willis
2.1 RECOMMENDATION:
Referral to Human Services Subcommittee for additional follow up /action.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion to adjourn by Commissioner Willis, seconded by Commissioner Schwank. Motion
approved (4 -0). Voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners McCracken, Meyler, Schwank
and Willis. The Community Services Commission adjourned at 7:38 pm. The next regular
meeting to be held on Monday, October 13, 2014 at 6:OOpm at the Temecula Civic Center
Council Chambers, 41000 Main Street, Temecula, Califiornia.
