rA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ESTABLISHING AN ALLWAY STOP
CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF CLUBHOUSE
DRIVE AT BAY HILL DRIVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council has considered the facts justifying the need for
stop signs proposed at the location described in this resolution.
A. The City Council hereby finds and determines that installation of stop
signs pursuant to this resolution will enhance public health, safety, and general welfare
at the location, and
B. The City Council hereby finds the proposed stop signs will not create any
adverse conditions in the area.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 10.12.100 of the Temecula Municipal Code,
the following All -Way Stop intersection is hereby established in the City of Temecula.
1 Clubhouse Drive at Bay Hill Drive
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 18th day of November, 2014.
