HomeMy WebLinkAbout98-026 CC ResolutionI~_~OLUTION NO. 98-26 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA ESTABLISHING AN "ALL-WAY STOP" AT THE INTERSECTION OF MARGARITA ROAD AND PIO PICO ROAD The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order as follows: Section 1. The City Council has considered the facts justifying the need for the stop signs proposed for the location described in this resolution. The Council hereby finds and determines that installation of the stop signs pursuant to this resolution will enhance the public health safety and general welfare at this location and the proposed stop signs will not create any adverse conditions in the area. Section 2. Pursuant to Section 10.12.100, of the Temecula Municipal Code, the following "STOP" location is hereby established in the City of Temecula. Margarita Road at Pio Pico Road Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
