CONSENT CALENDAR
Action Minutes of September 25, 2014 — Approved staff recommendation (4 -1 -0) with
motion made by Commissioner Hagel and seconded by Commissioner Richardson.
Individual voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Coram, Hagel, Richardson
and Youmans; Commissioner Carter abstained.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of September 25, 2014.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Clubhouse Drive Neighborhood Traffic Calming —Workshop Results— Approved staff
recommendation (5 -0 -0) with motion made by Commissioner Youmans and seconded
by Commissioner Hagel. Individual voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners
Carter, Coram, Hagel, Richardson and Youmans.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission:
2.1 Recommend the City Council adopt a Resolution establishing Multi -Way Stop Signs
at the intersection of Bay Hill Drive at Clubhouse Drive;
2.2 Concur with the Staff recommendation to maintain the present level of control at the
intersection of Pechanga Parkway at Clubhouse Drive and Rainbow Canyon Road at
Bay Hill Drive; and
2.3 Concurwith the Staff recommendation to implement traffic signal timing and striping
modifications at the intersection of Rainbow Canyon Road at Pechanga Parkway.
Reschedule Public /Traffic Safety Commission Meetings of November and December
2014 - Approved staff recommendation (5 -0 -0) with motion made by Commissioner
Youmans and seconded by Commissioner Hagel. Individual voice vote reflected
approval by Commissioners Carter, Coram, Hagel, Richardson and Youmans.
RECOMMENDATION:
3.1 Direct Staff to cancel and reschedule the regular meetings for November and
December 2014, and perform the appropriate postings and noticing requirements
per the Government Code.

ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 6:47pm with a motion made by Commissioner
Hagel and seconded by Commissioner Carter.
The next regular meeting of the City of Temecula Public/Traffic Safety Commission will be held on
Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. at Temecula Civic Center, City Council Chambers,
41000 Main Street, Temecula, California.
