A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA, TO AUTHORIZE THE
CITY MANAGER, THE ASSISTANT TO THE CITY
MANAGER, THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS/CITY
ENGINEER AND THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS TO SIGN, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, THE
FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION AND
ANY ANCILLARY APPLICATION DOCUMENTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WltEREAS, the City has designated its agent(s);
WHEREAS, the City desires to apply for Disaster Recovery Public Assistance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Temecula
as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Temecula authorizes the City Max~ger, the Assistant to the
City Manager, the Director of Public Works/City Engineer and the Deputy Director of Public
Works to sign, on behalf of the City, the Federal Financial Assistance Application and any
ancillary application documents.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula at
a regular meeting held on the 14th day of April, 1998.
