Action Minutes of June 25, 2015 — Approved staff recommendation (4 -1 -0) with a
motion made by Commissioner Carter and seconded by Commissioner Hagel.
Individual voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Carter, Coram, Hagel and
Richardson; Commissioner Watts abstained.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of June 25, 2015.
