CONSENT CALENDAR
1 Action Minutes of April 28, 2016 — Approved staff recommendation (4-0-1-0) with a
motion made by Commissioner Carter and seconded by Commissioner Mann.
Individual voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Carter, Hagel, Mann and
Richardson. Commissioner Coram was absent.
RECOMMENDATION.
1 1 Approve the Action Minutes of April 28, 2016.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2 Capital Improvement Program Fiscal Years 2017-2021 — Reviewed and discussed.
RECOMMENDATION.
That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission
2.1 Review and discuss the proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
Circulation and Infrastructure Projects for Fiscal Years 2017-2021.
3. Traffic Safety Outreach Program — Provided direction to staff.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission:
