COMMISSION REPORTS
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Action Minutes of June 23, 2016 — Due to a lack of quorum, the item will be added to
the August 25th agenda. Commissioner Carter was absent and Commissioners Coram
and Mann would need to abstain.
RECOMMENDATION
1 1 Approve the Action Minutes of June 23, 2016
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Citywide Engineering and Traffic Survey—Approved staff recommendation (4-0-1-0)
with a motion made by Commissioner Hagel and seconded by Commissioner Mann.
Individual voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Coram, Hagel, Mann and
Richardson; Commissioner Carter was absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission:
2.1 Recommend the City Council adopt an Ordinance establishing the speed
limits identified in Exhibit "B".

ADJOURNMENT—The meeting adjourned at 6:54 P.M.with a motion made by Commissioner
Coram and seconded by Commissioner Hagel.

Thursday, August 25, 2016, at 6:00 P.M. at Temecula Civic Center, City Council Chambers,
41000 Main Street, Temecula, California.
