CONSENT CALENDAR
1. MINUTES
1.1 RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the minutes of the July 11, 2016 Commission meeting with one
correction to the Division Reports presenters. The Recreation and Special
Events report was given by Gwen Willcox. The Cultural Arts and Human
Services report was given by Tracy Frick in Bea Barnett's absence.
Motion by Commissioner Willis, seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve
the minutes of the July 11, 2016 Commission Action Minutes with the correction
noted above. Motion approved 4-0-1. Voice vote reflected approval by
Commissioners Borgeson, Nelson, Schwank and Willis. Commissioner Levine
was absent.

COMMISSIONER'S REPORTS
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Commissioner Borgeson, seconded by Commissioner Willis to adjourn to the regular
meeting to be held on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 6:00pm at the Temecula Civic Center
Council Chambers, 41000 Main Street, Temecula, California. Motion approved 4-0-1. Voice
vote reflected approval by Commissioners Borgeson, Nelson, Schwenk and Willis.
Commissioner Levine was absent. The meeting was adjourned at 7: 1 p.m.
