T'WAS THE LIGHTS BEFORE CHRISTMAS HOME DECORATING CONTEST JUDGING 1.1 RECOMMENDATION: Adjourn to judge the entries of the 2016 T'was the Lights Before Christmas Home Decorating Contest (Bus Tour). Motion by Commissioner Willis, seconded by Commissioner Nelson to adjourn to the regular meeting to be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 6:00 at the Temecula Civic Center Council Chambers, 41000 Main Street, Temecula, California. Motion approved 5-0. Voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Bor son, Levine, Nelson, Schwank and Willis. The meeting was adjourned at 5: 7 p.m..
