A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS INTO THE
CITY-MAINTAINED STREET SYSTEM (WITHIN TRACTS NO.
24132-1 and 24132-F)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Temecula accepted an offer of dedication of
certain lots for street and public utility purposes made by KRDC, Inc., a Califomia Corporation, with
the recordation of Tract Maps No. 24132-1 and 24132-F; and,
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula accepted the improvements within Tracts No 24132-1
and 24132-F on March 23, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Temecula
hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System those streets or portions of streets offered
to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula at a
regular meeting held on the 23rd day of March, 1999.

F, and accepting subject public streets into the City-Maintained
