' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA, ESTABLISHING ALL-WAY STOP
CONTROLS AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF AMARITA
WAY AND PIO PICO ROAD, AND MONTELEGRO WAY
AND MCCABE DRIVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council has considered the facts justifying the need for
stop signs at the locations described in this resolution.
A. The City Council hereby finds and determines the installation of stop signs
pursuant to this resolution will enhance public health, safety, and general welfare at the
intersections.
B. The City Council hereby finds the proposed stop signs will not create any
adverse conditions in the area.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 10.12.100 of the Temecula Municipal Code,
the following All-Way Stop intersection is hereby established in the City of Temecula.
Amarita Way and Pio Pico Road
Montelegro Way and McCabe Drive
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 23`d day of May, 2017.
