A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ADOPTING THE FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT
TO THE TEMECULA MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTER 10.48,
PRIVATE TRAFFIC CONTROL AND DIRECTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Fee Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is attached to this
resolution and incorporated herein by this reference.
Section 2. The Fee Schedule shall become effective upon the adoption of this
resolution and may be, thereafter, amended.
Section 3. All prior resolutions in conflict this this resolution are hereby
rescinded.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temecula
