A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA, ESTABLISHING AN ALL-WAY STOP
CONTROLS AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF TEMEKU DRIVE
AND PIN WAY/LEGENDS GOLF CLUB DRIVEWAY, AND
TEMECULA DRIVE AND GLENEAGLES DRIVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council has considered the facts justifying the need for stop
signs at the locations described in this resolution.
A. The City Council hereby finds and determines the installation of stop signs
pursuant to this resolution will enhance public health, safety and general welfare at the
intersections.
B. The City Council hereby finds the proposed stop signs will not create any
adverse conditions in the area.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 10.12.100 of the Temecula Municipal Code, the
following All-Way Stop Intersections are hereby established in the City of Temecula.
Temeku Drive and Pin Way/Legends Golf Club Driveway
Temeku Drive and Gleneagles Drive
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temecula
this 12th day of December, 2017.
