PA16-0270, a Development Plan application for a six-story, approximately 175,677 square foot hotel generally located along the south side of 3rd Street between Old Town Front Street and Mercedes Street. The hotel will contain 151 quest rooms. A parking structure will also be constructed directly across 3rd Street. The parking structure will total approximately 86,117 square feet and contain approximately 2,846 square feet of ground floor commercial space 213 parking spaces that will provide valet parking for hotel quests.
