A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TI~IECULA, ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREET
INTO THE CITY MAINTAINED-STREET SYSTEM (WTYHIN
TRACT NO. 26861-1)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WglEREAS, The City Council accepted offer of dedication of a certain lot for public road
and public utility purposes made by The Presley Companies with the recordation of Tract Map
No. 26861-1; and,
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula accepted the improvements within Tract No 26861-1
on April 8, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City Maintained-Street System that portion of street offered to
and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of April, 1997.
