A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS
INTO THE CITY MAINTAINED-STREET SYSTEM (WITHIN
TRACT NO. 24134-2)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula accepted offer of dedication of certain lots for public
road and public utility purposes made by Bedford Development Company, a California
Corporation, with the recordation of Tract Map No. 24134-2. and,
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula accepted the improvements within Tract No 24134-2
on April 22, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City Maintained-Street System those streets or portions of streets
offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTEr}, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of April, 1997.

accepting subject public streets into the City Maintained-Street
