A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM OF CERTAIN PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENTS TO THE UNDERLYING FEE OWNERS IN
PARCEL MAP 20278.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The Owners of certain real property within the City of Temecula, a Limited
Liability Company, are in the process of selling certain parcels to the Temecula Valley Unified
School District (DISTRICT), for the construction and operation of a DISTRICT facilities; and,
WHEREAS, The said DISTRICT requires that all public utility along lot lines which will
interfere with the construction of school buildings and related facilities be quitclaimed/vacated prior
to acquisition of the parcels proposed for the schoolsite;
WHEREAS, The several public utilities and water districts for which easements were
granted on Tract Map No. 3334, and expressly over Lot 88, which was resubdivided as Parcel Map
No. 20278, are no longer required for the several utilities installation and maintenance of their
facilities are in accord with the vacation/quitclaim of these easements:,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Temecula
hereby authorizes the quitclaim of said public utility easements as accepted by the County of
Riverside and by succession to the City of Temecula as set forth in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula at a
regular meeting held on the 8th day of June, 1999.
