A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA GRANTING AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY FOR
PIPELINE AND APPURTENANT STRUCTURES, RELATED TO
TEMECULA SPORTS PARK RECLAIMED WATER CONVERSION
PROJECT RANCHO CALIFORNIA WATER DISTRICT PROJECT NO.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula constructed improvements along Margarita Road
resulting the installation of an irrigation water system for the parkway, and said system requires
the installation of pipelines and appurtenant structures by Rancho Califomia Water District; and,
WHEREAS, Rancho California Water Distdct requires the grant of an easement in
order to maintain said pipelines and appurtenant structures; and,
WHEREAS, the legal description labeled Exhibit "A" and the plat labeled Exhibit "B"
for the said parcel are attached hereto and describe the limits of the easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Temecula
hereby grants to Rancho California Water District in substantially the form attached hereto, with
the referenced legal description and plat map, an easement for the purposes stated therein at
this time. The Mayor is authorized to execute the attached grant of easement. The City
Engineer is hereby authorized to make minor modifications to the legal description on said
documents.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula at
a regular meeting held on the 19t' day of December 2000.

Being a portion of that certain Parcel of land in the City of Temeeula, County of Riverside, State
of Caiifornia, as described in Deed recorded August 5, 1988 as Instrument Number 221290 in the
Office of the County Recorder, Riverside County, Caiifomia described as follows:
Commencing at the eenterline intersection of Rancho Vista Road with Margarita Road as shown
on Tract No. 20079-3 recorded in Book 150, Pages 41 thro~!gh 46, inclusive of maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County;
THENCE, on the centerline of Margarita Road as described in said Deed, South 42°28'21" East,
552.83 feet;
THENCE, leaving said eanterline, at a right angle, South 47°31'39" West, 55.00 feet to the
Southwesterly Right of Way line of Margarita Road as described in Easement Deed recorded
April 28, 1971 as Instrument Number 44142 in the Office ofthe County Recorder of said
