A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA CHANGING THE STREET NAME IN PARCEL
MAP NO. 27714 FROM YNEZ RD. TO YNEZ CT.
The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order as follows:
WHEREAS, Section 3409.1 and 3408.1 and 34092 of the Government Code provides
for changing the name of a public street, and:
WHEREAS, there exists a discrepancy in the address numbering sequence along Ynez
Rd. which affects the assigned addresses of Parcel Map No. 27714,
WHEREAS, the street name change from Ynez Rd. to Ynez Ct. is necessary to prevent
emergency response times to be affected.
WHEREAS, all affected property owners have been notified and no objections have
been filed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Temecula
determines and orders that the name of the street fronting Parcel No.'s 1 - 12, of Parcel Map
No. 27714 be changed from Ynez Rd. to Ynez Ct.
