A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA CHANGING THE STREET NAME IN TRACT MAP
NO. 23142-2 FROM SHOOTERS HILL ROAD TO ELIZABETH
ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Section 3409.1 and 3408.1 and 34092 of the Government Code provides
for changing the name of a public street, and:
WHEREAS, the developer of Tract No. 23143-2 has requested a name change from
Shooters Hill Road to Elizabeth Road;
WHEREAS, there are no affected property owners on this street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Temecula
determines and orders that the name of Shooters Hill Road be changed t 'zabeth Road.
